Food Club Valentine’s Day Chocolate Marshmallows

Dip your way into chocolate and marshmallow heaven with these Food Club chocolate dipped marshmallows. With just a few simple ingredients, you will be able to create these adorable and delicious festive treats.


  • Food Club marshmallows
  • Food Club chocolate chips (white, semi-sweet and milk)
  • Food Club food dye
  • Festive sprinkles
  • Skewers


  1. In 3 separate bowls, melt the white, semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
  2. Once the chips have melted, split the white chocolate into 3 separate containers and dye with pink and red food coloring.
  3. Dip each marshmallow in the desired chip and top with preferred sprinkles.
  4. Once all marshmallows have been dipped and dried, put 3 on each skewer. Enjoy!

Melting Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (11.5 ounce) bag Food Club Baking Chips
  • Assorted fruit and cookies for dipping


  1. Pour baking chips into a large, heat-proof bowl. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  2. Pour hot cream over baking chips and let stand for 1 minute. Stir gently with a rubber spatula until chips are completely melted.
  3. Dip assorted fruits, candies, and cookies into melted chocolate and let set on a parchment-lined baking sheet at room temperature or chill.

1½ cups Food Club® All-Purpose Flour

⅓ cup cornstarch

⅓ cup Food Club® Confectioners Sugar

¼ cup Food Club® Unsweetened Baking Cocoa

¾ cup Food Club® Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter, softened

3 tablespoons Food Club® Vitamin D Whole Milk

1½ teaspoons Food Club® Pure Vanilla Extract

¾ cup Food Club® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

½ cup Food Club® Mini Marshmallows

3 tablespoons coarsely chopped candy canes or peppermint candies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. In large bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, sugar and cocoa powder. With mixer on medium speed, beat butter, milk and vanilla extract 3 minutes or until light and fluffy; add flour mixture and beat just until combined. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Roll dough into 12 (1½-inch) balls; place 2 inches apart on prepared pan. Firmly press each ball with palm of hand to flatten to ¾-inch thick. Bake cookies 12 minutes or until sides crack slightly; cool on pan on wire rack 15 minutes.
  • In small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in microwave on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds. Spread cookies with chocolate; immediately top with marshmallows and candy. Makes 12 cookies.

Take three glass bowls. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in each bowl via your microwave oven, 2 minutes each, stirring occasionally. Add food coloring. Dip pretzels in chocolate using two forks. Add sugar eyes.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie



1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 cup butter

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 egg

2 cups oats

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chips



Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla extract.

Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

Fold in oats and chocolate chips.

Spoon 1-inch circles of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 10-14 minutes until golden brown.



Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Cool down the summer with rich chocolate ice cream. No ice cream maker needed!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Blend all ingredients together in blender on high until smooth. If desired, stir in any additions. (Ex: peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips) Place mixture in  freezer safe container. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Crispies

A simple-to-make treat that will have everyone coming back for seconds…maybe even thirds.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Coat 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine corn syrup, sugar in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until sugar dissolve and begins to boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir until combined. Add rice crispy cereal and stir until cereal is evenly coated. Pour and press mixture into coated pan until evenly dispersed.

In a small microwaveable bowl pour semi-sweet and butterscotch chips. Heat in microwave until melted. Remove from microwave every 15-20 seconds and stir to keep chips from burning. Once completed melted and smooth, spread chocolate over the cereal bars. Let stand until chocolate has completely set. Enjoy!

Semi-Homemade Salted Chocolate Caramels

Impress your friends, family and neighbors with these bite sized chocolate caramel treats.

What you’ll need:

  • (2) Kraft Caramels 11 oz. Bag
  • (6) Hershey’s chocolate bars
  • Sea Salt

Unwrap caramels from plastic wrap. Set aside. Put parchment paper in a large cooking sheet. Place broken up chocolate bars into microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 20-30 seconds. Once chocolate is smooth and melted remove from microwave. Use a toothpick to dip the caramels into the chocolate. Place chocolate coated caramels on parchment paper to set for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle sea salt on the top of each. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
