- 1¼ cup Full Circle Market Organic Quick Oats
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 cups Full Circle Market Organic Milk
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Full Circle Market Honey
- 1 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic Cinnamon
- 2 cups assorted chopped fruit and berries
Combine oats, pecans, chia seeds and flaxseed in a large bowl, stir in milk, yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Divide evenly into 4 ready to go containers, cover and refrigerator overnight. Top each serving with ½ cup fruit. 4 servings.
