Applegate Farms

For 30 years, we have been producing high-quality natural and organic hot dogs, bacon, sausages, deli meats, cheese and frozen products. Our products are made without GMO ingredients and we source our meat from farms, where animals are treated with care and respect and are allowed to grow at their natural rate, all part of our mission – Changing The Meat We Eat®. Natural can mean many things, but to us natural means that the meat inside our products are:

  • From animals raised humanely without antibiotics, hormones or growth promotants
  • From animals fed a vegetarian or 100% grass diet
  • Free of added chemical nitrites, nitrates or phosphates
  • Free of artificial ingredients or preservatives

We truly believe that the way food is raised can change and transform lives…from the farmer who grows it to the person who eats it.

Fresh, Delicious, Christmas Bakery Fudge

Fudge is a delicious holiday treat! It is fresh and delicious and sure to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Fudge is the perfect holiday gift for everyone but if you are like us, you never quite know the best way to wrap this delicious fudge. Here is the best way that we have found.

Step 1: Purchase the cute holiday bags that you want to put the fudge in. (Our favorite is a festive, cellophane bag.)

Step 2: Find a fun, festive ribbon.

Step 3: Make sure your fudge is cut into squares.

Step 4: Place a lining of wax paper in the bottom of the bag.

Step 5: Line up the fudge squares to cover the whole wax paper.

Step 6: Place a lining of wax paper on top of the fudge you just put in.

Step 7: Line up the fudge squares to cover the whole wax paper.

Step 8: Repeat Steps 5 and 6 until you are about halfway up the bag.

Step 9: Cinch the bag above the fudge, but make sure not to squish the fudge.

Step 10: Tie your fun ribbon in a big bow around the area you have cinched in.

You did it! You now have a beautifully presented bag of fudge to give to your family, friends, neighbors or even to keep for yourself.
