Let these Food Club® peanut butter reindeer cookies be the feature of your holiday desserts as well as Santa’s sleigh.
1/2 cup Food Club® peanut butter
1/2 cup Food Club® butter, softened
1/2 cup Food Club® granulated sugar
1/2 cup Food Club® brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/3 cup Food Club® flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
Red candy coated chocolate morsels
Mini chocolate chips
Food Club® pretzels
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream peanut butter, butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Once smooth and fluffy, egg and vanilla extract. After thoroughly combined, add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
Roll dough into 1/2-inch balls, sprinkle with sugar, make a small indentation in the middle for even cooking, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
While baking, split pretzels in half.
While the cookie is still hot, place red candy coated chocolate morsel into the center, add mini chocolate chips for eyes, and stick 2 pretzel halves into the cookie for antlers. Enjoy!
