Culinary Tours Sheet Pan Nachos

It’s nacho fault if you end up eating the entire pile of these sheet pan nachos in one sitting. Dip your cheese coated chips into the delicious Culinary Tours campfire roasted salsa and create the ultimate snack time crunch.

Ingredients

  • Culinary Tours Campfire Roasted Salsa
  • Bag of tortilla chips
  • Bag of shredded cheese
  • Can of beans
  • Limes
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Prep a nonstick sheet pan or coat with oil to avoid sticking.
  2. Spread your bag of tortilla chips in a single layer onto the sheet pan. Top with cheese and beans. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top.
  3. Place sheet in the oven until the cheese has melted, or around 5-7 minutes. Cook to your desired crispness.
  4. Once melted, take the sheet pan out and top with sliced limes, fresh salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro.
  5. Serve and dig in!

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Buckley Farms™ Thick Cut Sliced Bacon, chopped
  • 6 frozen Food Club® Homestyle Waffles, cut into wedges
  • ¾ cup Food Club® Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • 4 Food Club® Grade AA Large Eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon Food Club® Coarse Pure Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Food Club® Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Food Club® Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Food Club® Medium Chunky Salsa
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In small skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; with slotted spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate, cool and crumble.
  3. Arrange waffles on prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. In large bowl, whisk eggs, salt and pepper. In large, nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add egg mixture and cook 5 minutes or to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve waffles topped with eggs, bacon, avocado, onion, salsa, cilantro and hot sauce, if desired.

Ingredients:

1 can (14 ounces) beef broth

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Hot sauce

1 (3- to 4-pound) boneless bottom round beef roast

1 tablespoon steak seasoning

Instructions:

In medium bowl, stir broth, Worcestershire, mustard and hot sauce to taste. Place beef in bottom of 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Pour broth mixture over beef; sprinkle with steak seasoning. Cover slow cooker with lid; cook on high 4 hours or on low 7 hours.

Transfer beef to large bowl. With 2 forks, shred beef; return shredded beef to slow cooker. Cover slow cooker with lid; cook on low 1 hour.

Chef Tip

Layer tortilla chips with shredded beef, cheese, black beans and grilled fresh corn in a cast iron skillet and bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Top with chopped tomatoes, chopped jalapeño peppers, sour cream and cilantro, and serve with guacamole.
