Try this tasty spin on a classic.
- Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Augason Farms Beef Flavored Vegetarian Meat Substitute, prepared and drained
- 1/2 cup Augason Farms Potato Gems, prepared
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 2 Tbsp Augason Farms Dried Whole Egg Powder
In a medium sized bowl, combine meat, potato gems, onion, garlic and egg powder. Mix together until well combined. Shape into 1 inch balls, fry in oiled skillet until all sides are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Makes approximately 16 meatballs.
