Baby Potatoes, or cubed potatoes of your choice

Preheat your oven 350 degrees.

Slice chicken breasts into thin slices, or buy it pre-cut.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place chicken on the pan, leaving room for your potatoes.

Salt and pepper the chicken to your liking, then drizzle with honey and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.

Add potatoes to the pan, and drizzle with olive oil and more salt and pepper for seasoning.

Add your leftover lemon slices across the pan for more flavor.

Honey Garlic Grilled Pork Chops

Delicious grilled pork chops with a savory honey garlic glaze.

What you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt & pepper to taste

Whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic and soy sauce together in a small bowl.  Set aside. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook on hot grill until almost cooked through. Remove from  grill and brush glaze on both sides of pork chops. Return back to grill until fully cooked. Pour glaze over pork chops once on serving platter. Enjoy!

Enjoy a sweet and savory salad perfect for every gathering. Try out this flavorful Food Club favorite.

What you’ll need:

  • 5 russet potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 3 hard boiled eggs

Dice potatoes and eggs. Chill and set aside.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all above ingredients in large bowl. Add chilled potatoes and eggs. Mix together and enjoy!
