Honey Garlic Grilled Pork Chops

Delicious grilled pork chops with a savory honey garlic glaze.

What you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt & pepper to taste

Whisk together honey, lemon juice, garlic and soy sauce together in a small bowl.  Set aside. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook on hot grill until almost cooked through. Remove from  grill and brush glaze on both sides of pork chops. Return back to grill until fully cooked. Pour glaze over pork chops once on serving platter. Enjoy!

Food Club Tangy Honey Mustard Potato Salad

Enjoy a sweet and savory salad perfect for every gathering. Try out this flavorful Food Club favorite.

What you’ll need:

  • 5 russet potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 3 hard boiled eggs

Dice potatoes and eggs. Chill and set aside.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all above ingredients in large bowl. Add chilled potatoes and eggs. Mix together and enjoy!

 

Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream

Sweet grilled pineapple topped with lime, honey and a scoop of creamy ice cream.

What you’ll need:

  • fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp shredded coconut
  • vanilla ice cream

Cut the fresh pineapple until 1/2 inch slices. Mix together honey and lime juice and brush onto the pineapple. Place pineapple on heated grill. Cook for a few minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Remove from grill. Once plated top with shredded coconut and scoop of ice cream. ENJOY!

Honey Scones

  • 6 cups Augason Farms Honey White Bread & Roll Mix
  • 2 ¼ cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 1/3 cup oil
  1. Combine bread mix, yeast, water and oil. Knead until smooth and elastic, or mix 10-12 minutes using dough hook on 2nd (3 speed mixer)
  2. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes, roll out and cut.
  3. Fry at 375° F. Turn when golden brown on the underneath side, fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve with butter, honey, and powdered sugar.
