Cinco de Mayo is coming right up and there are so many ways to celebrate! We would like to challenge you to celebrate in a new way…Are you ready for the taco challenge?

The taco challenge is taken by eating a form of tacos for every meal during the day. Below we have included some ideas and recipes on how you can accomplish this.

Breakfast: Simple Crepes

Crepes aren’t the traditional taco you think of but they are made and wrapped just like a taco would be which makes them the perfect way to kick of the taco challenge.

Lunch: Tacos or Taco Salad

Tacos are obviously a must in the taco challenge. You can eat them in a tortilla or you can lay that same tortilla flat and add some lettuce making a delicious taco salad. Another item that will ensure a good taco is Certified Angus Beef. It is a high-quality ground beef provided by local ranchers. Certified Angus Beef is moist, delicious and tender. What more could you ask for?

Super Bowl Snacking/Appetizer Ideas

The Super Bowl is coming up and we all know what that means; great football, great commercials and great food. Below are some appetizer and snack ideas you can bring to your Super Bowl party this year that are sure to score a touchdown with everybody!

  • Football Cheese Ball and Crackers-Shape your traditional cheese ball into a football shape. Cover with pepperoni’s and put sliced cheese where the lacing is. Surround with crackers and voila, you have the perfect Super Bowl treat.
  • Homemade Chex Mix-Throw in pretzels, Chex and anything else you want. Sprinkle your favorite seasoning and mix together.
