Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey
1 (1.5-ounce) packet Full Circle Market™ Organic Ranch Dip Mix
½ cup Full Circle Market™ Medium Cantina Style Salsa
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Gently mix turkey, dip mix, ¼ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl; divide into 12-cup muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.
Top each meatloaf with 2 teaspoons salsa; bake 16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
Serve meatloaves topped with avocado garnished with cilantro, if desired. Makes 12 meatloaf minis.
