1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 cup half and half
1/3 cup flour
8 Hatch Chiles, roasted, peeled, and de-seeded
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix half and half, eggs and flour until blended.
Cut Hatch Chiles in half.
Layer cheese, chiles and half and half mixture until the pan is full.
Bake for 1 hour and enjoy!
