We love this recipe a whole enchiLOTTA! Make these easy Food Club® chicken enchiladas for any celebration or weeknight meal.
2 cups shredded chicken
2 cups Food Club® shredded cheese
2 cans Food Club® enchilada sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Stuff each tortilla with a hand-full of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese, roll up, and place in greased pan. Top enchiladas with enchilada sauce and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until fully melted and warmed through.
Enjoy with fresh cilantro, salsa, sour cream, or any of your other favorite toppings.
