Spice up any meal with this Chile relleno dip. It’s the perfect blend of cheesy and spicy (but don’t worry, not too spicy). Serve at your next viewing party with your favorite chips for the perfect side dish or appetizer.
1 can chopped Food Club® green chilies
1 pkg. Food Club® cream cheese
3 cups Food Club® Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup Food Club® green enchilada sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix green chilies, cream cheese, 2 cup cheese, and enchilada sauce together. Put into small oven save bowl and top with remainder of the cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
