1 box Food Club® Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1/3 cup oil
2 large Food Club® eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbs. Food Club® butter
3 cups Food Club® powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Roll dough into 1/2-inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 8-11 minutes.
To make the filling, cream the cream cheese and butter together. Once light and fluffy, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth and frosting-like (if it is too thick, add a splash of milk).
Once the cookies have cooled, pipe the frosting inside, pour yourself a glass of milk, and enjoy!
