Flaky, buttery, tart, and sweet, this Food Club® apple pie is everything you need for the holiday season.
1 can Food Club® apple pie filling
1 box Food Club® pie crust
2 tbs. Food Club® butter, melted
1 tub Food Club® whipped topping
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie dish and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll one pie crust and cut into one-inch strips.
Unroll the second pie crust and press into pie dish. Trim the edges as needed.
Fill the pie crust with the entire can of apple pie filling.
Using the one-inch pie crust strips, lay 3 across the pie horizontally. Add 3 additional strips vertically and weaving into a lattice.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned. Cool on a wire rack and serve with a dollop of whipped topping.
