Q: If I already had a Macey’s Perks account will my points and wallet credits show up when I register my account?
A: Yes, When you register your account use the same phone number you have always provided and your points and wallet credits will still show up in your account.
Q: Will my old username and password work on your new website?
A: No, you will have to re-register using the same Perks phone number you have always used. Your email address is now your new username.
Q: My email address is no longer current, how do I update it?
A: Register using the old email address on your account. Once you are logged in update your email address. You will then login using the new email on your account going forward.
Q: What if I can’t remember my username?
A: If you have registered on our website your new user name is your email address. You can visit our customer service booth to ask them to pull up our account.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Click on the login option in the top right hand corner of the webiste. Choose reset password and follow the setup to changing your password.
Q: How do I use your online coupons?
A: Create an account on our webiste by clicking on the register option. Once you have created an account you can click on the online coupon option and add hundreds of digital coupons to your account. Then purchase the items and use your phone number at the register to redeem the offers. No need to print coupons anymore!
Q: What is the Macey’s Perks Program?
A: The Macey’s Perks program is a special way for us to give back and say thank you to our guests. There is no card to get the sales price and you never have to clip paper coupons again. You get exclusive discounts, thank you gifts, surprise discounts at the register and rewards points.
Q: How does the Macey’s Perks Points program work?
A: You will accumulate Macey’s Perks Points for 13 weeks. You will earn points for every dollar spent and then those points are converted to an instore credit you can use towards your groceries. This excludes the purchase of prescriptions, fuel, money orders, gift cards etc. Wallet credits will be awarded based on points earned. See chart below. At the start of each redemption period, you will receive an email with your points earned for the quarter. Be sure to give us your current email address so you won’t miss out!

Q: Can I have more than one phone number on my Macey’s account?
A: Yes, you have two options. Add a second phone number to your account either when you register or you can edit your account. The other option is to add a second person on your account that will be able to help you towards earning points and redeeming online coupons.
Q: I tried to reigster but it tells me my email address is already in use.
A: Try resetting the your password using the email already in use. Then when you are in the account you can view the phone number on your account. If that phone number needs to changed update your account.
