Planning for and saving on your grocery shopping has never been easier. The Macey’s team has been hard at work looking for ways to help you better use our website, app, digital ads and all the benefits and perks associated with them. Based on your feedback, we have made a variety of updates to each platform to help you have the best grocery shopping planning experience around.
At the heart of the improvements is the ability to use one username and password across each platform from the website, app, rewards and digital coupons and ad experience. This feature means no more trying to remember multiple usernames and passwords, saving you time and creating a better experience. Later this year we will expand the one username and password to our other programs including Macey’s Anywhere and Skip.
Not only have we made signing in easy, we’ve improved aspects of all of our digital experiences.
The first time you visit our updated website, you’ll need to re-register your account so it can be updated to the one username and one password program and our new website experience. Don’t worry! You won’t lose any of your points, wallet credits or saved coupons as long as you use the same phone number connected to your original account. Once you log in, you can move from page to page without being asked to sign in again regardless if you’re checking your points or looking for coupons.
This makes managing your rewards account much easier. Once you are signed into the site, you can instantly see your points, special offers and other benefits of being a Macey’s Perk’s member. Macey’s partnered with Accelitec to bring Macey’s Perks to life several years ago. The tech company was instrumental in helping make the website integrations needed to create a smoother user experience.

The new digital coupons experience on the Macey’s website is easier than ever to use and is tied directly to your account. Coupons are now organized by category. When we have special events at the store, we’ll create a separate category for those coupons, making it simple to find the coupons that matter most to you. To use our digital coupons, simply visit the Digital Coupons section of our website, select the coupons you want, save them and then go shopping. Every coupon you add to your account is automatically applied when you check out so you don’t’ have to remember to clip them and bring them with you. We partnered with YouTech to provide digital coupons for the products shoppers love.

Available through the App and Play Stores, the Macey’s app makes planning and shopping with us a breeze. Like our website, when you log into the app with your updated username and password, you’ll discover a variety of enhancements. We’ve made it super easy to browse our ad, digital coupons, recipes and add all of these items to one convenient shopping list right on your phone, making it so you never forget your list when you get to the store. The improved app was designed through a partnership with BRdata.

Our improved app provides an intuitive digital coupons experience. The organization from the website extends to the app, so you can quickly brows through dozens of national brand and store coupons to find the savings you’re looking for. You can browse coupons, save them and view your saved coupons all within the app. Over time, our coupons will learn your preferences and will bring the coupons you want most front and center.
Within the app, you can also browse our ads, look for items that matter most to your family and add them to your shopping list simply by tapping on them, ensuring you never miss out on a promotion or special deal.
Our digital ad provides a new experience that is guaranteed to make shopping more enjoyable. We partnered with our digital ad provider eComSystems to add nutritional attributes to our ads to help you make smarter buying decisions. Even more exciting, we’ve included the ability to easily view and add digital coupons right from the ad. Saving has never been easier.
